Certificate Key Matcher

Match Your SSL & Private Key Pairs

It's pretty common to get things muddled as far as SSL certificates are concerned and even more so when you're trying to manage multiple certificates. However, it's nothing to lose sleep over, we are here to help you. Our tool, the Certificate Key Matcher, verifies whether a specific Private Key matches to a specific SSL certificate or whether a CSR corresponds to a specific SSL certificate.

Check if Your CSR, SSL Certificate, and Private Key Match

With the Certificate Key Matcher by your side, you can easily determine whether a specific private key or a specific CSR file corresponds to a specific certificate.

You can check whether a private key matches a certificate, or if a certificate matches a CSR file. In case of a mismatch between the pairs, the certificate will not work properly. It's better to just avoid the headache all together and check now.

DO NOT forget to copy the entire text file whether you're posting a CSR, a Private Key or an SSL certificate.

This is how your CSR must start:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

And it must end with:

-----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

Note: There must be five dashes on either side of both the prompts, Private Key included.

"Very fast delivery. Installation was easy with no problems. If you are installing a wildcard SSL certificate on cPanel, you need to specify the actual domain name, don't try to install it on *.domain.com , you have to install it on each subdomain such as admin.domain.com, shop.domain.com,..etc. Use the same certificate for each subdomain you install. Good luck!"
